Registered Nurse Private Clinic Band 5/6

Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a challenge outside of the NHS?

Due to Whiteley Clinics continuing expansion, we have an opportunity for a skilled, motivated and committed registered nurse to join the team within our Guildford Clinic. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is productive and patient-focused, and is as committed as we are to providing our patients with the best possible care.

About You

You’ll be a Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / Bsc in Nursing, with a valid NMC registration. You may also have a keen interest in aesthetic procedures and would like the opportunity to learn new techniques. You’ll currently be a Band 5/6 and looking for a salary reflective of the top tier banding scale.

If you have minor ops/theatre experience, that will give you an advantage but is not essential as a full programme of induction and training will be provided. We welcome applications from newly qualified nurses, as well as those with more experience.

It’s essential that you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, together with a keen desire to progress and develop within the role.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is productive and patient-focused, and is as committed as we are to providing our patients with the best possible care.

About You

You’ll have experience working as a Health Care Assistant preferably with a Health and Social Care Qualification. You may also have a keen interest in working is a day case setting with Local Anaesthetic procedures and would like the opportunity to learn new techniques. This experience is certainly not essential, as an induction programme and inhouse training is provided and ongoing. You will need to be a good communicator and enjoy interacting with patients and your colleagues.

Fluent commend of English is essential.

IT Support Assistant

Whiteley Clinics is a leading independent clinic, providing walk-in walk-out procedures and rated as Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time IT Support Assistant to join the small, friendly team within our Guildford Clinic.

This is a busy and varied role involving the following areas of responsibility:

  • Patient/Practice management software support
  • Remote desktop support
  • Email support
  • Telephone support
  • Printer maintenance
  • Management of ticketing system (Helpdesk experience beneficial)
  • Monitoring of Antivirus systems
  • Knowledge of photo/video editing software (e.g. Photoshop/Premiere)
  • Knowledge of camera operation, video cameras and audio equipment
  • Knowledge of analog & VOIP phone systems
  • Cloud storage systems (e.g. OneDrive/SharePoint)
  • Staff training
  • Staff induction

Previous experience in an IT support role is essential, including a working knowledge of Windows 7, 8 and 10, and Microsoft Office 2010, 2013 and 2016.

This is a unique opportunity to join our very special team who put best practice at the heart of everything they do. You will be a self-starter and able to demonstrate a flexible approach towards the role which will include occasional travel to other locations in the UK and some work outside of office hours. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

A full programme of training and induction will be provided to the successful candidate.
